- Manage and monitor a team of 40 people.
- Continually review 2D and 3D assets created in house, using paint-overs and draw-overs.
- Create concept Arts
- Cover performance review, and have conversation with other personnel management regarding employee performance.
- Establish guidelines in order to smoothen the pipeline
