Video Production Manager - Crypto Company

Role Description
The company is looking for a creative and strategic leader to oversee visual communications and drive engagement across our broader ecosystem. As part of our mission to align with the needs and expectations of our users, this role will be key in shaping, creating and executing our visual content strategy.
 
Key Responsibilities
The Video Production Manager will iterate on Company's vision and translate it into visual content through a process of strategic planning and execution. They must understand the needs of the user and the technology, and strengthen our first-party visual communication channels such as Youtube and TikTok to connect with our users.
 
The Video Production Manager will be required to:
● Develop and execute a comprehensive video content strategy to align with company's mission, values, and brand identity.
● Lead the creation of high-quality video content for various platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and community to align video content with organizational goals and user needs.
● Stay updated on crypto industry trends and user behavior to craft relevant and engaging visual narratives.
● Plan, oversee and execute end-to-end video production processes, including scripting, storyboarding, shooting, editing, scheduling and publishing.
