Key Responsibilities:
● Conceptualization and Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts that effectively communicate the brand's message and objectives. Generate innovative ideas for engaging video content, including but not limited to promotional videos, tutorials, interviews, and social media shorts.
● Video Production: Coordinate and execute all aspects of online video production, including streaming (camera operation, lighting setup, audio recording, etc.). Ensure high production quality and attention to detail in all visual and auditory elements.
● Editing and Post-Production: Edit and assemble raw footage into cohesive and engaging video content using industry-standard software. Incorporate visual effects, motion design, animations, and graphics to enhance the final product. Ensure a seamless flow of the narrative, audio clarity, and visual consistency.
● Storytelling and Scripting: Develop and refine video scripts that effectively convey the intended message and evoke emotional responses from the audience. Craft compelling narratives that align with the brand's voice and values.
● Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, copywriters, and marketing people, to ensure video content aligns with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
● Adaptation and Optimization: Tailor video content for various platforms, ensuring compatibility with social media, websites, email campaigns, and other digital channels. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform-specific requirements to maximize engagement.
● Equipment Management: Advise on video equipment, ensuring we select the best cost efficient material for online video content. Stay informed about advancements in video production technology and recommend equipment upgrades when necessary.
