Test Engineer (Blockchain)

This client is one of the leading infrastructure platform providing scalable and easy-to-use APIs and cloud solutions for web3 developers. Most of their employees operate fully remotely and we are looking for staff across a number of disciplines with this top tier client.


Responsibilities:
You will quickly become deeply familiar with the company and its many features and use cases. You will proactively contribute to team discussions about UX design, technical issues, sprint and roadmap planning, and improving team processes. Your day to day will involve bringing hustle, enthusiasm, heart and a love of shipping bug free software to your work. As well as performing features analysis to create detailed test plans and test cases, performing testing, triage test failures and report bugs, and writing automated end-to-end tests. You will be a voice for quality, stability, and security in all our product development and release processes.

You will support your teammates’ performance and growth by bringing respect, patience, and empathy to every interaction and relationship with coworkers and the community. 


Requirements:
You will be proficient, or be able to quickly become proficient, in the following areas:

• Functional and regression testing
• Establishing QA processes and practices
• Pulling request reviews from a QA perspective
• Debugging a NodeJs and ReactJS codebase
• Writing automated tests with technologies such as selenium, WebDriver, Mocha, Jest, playwrite, Cypress, or PhantomJS
• Contributing to CI/CD processes
• Hands on testing of web sites and API endpoints
