Senior Product Designer (Blockchain)

This client is one of the largest blockchain development companies in the world building out household name applications across finance, DeFi, NFT’s and general blockchain SaaS solutions. Most of their employees operate fully remotely and we are looking for staff across a number of disciplines with this top tier client.
  
  
Responsibilities:
You will explore and understand the developer personas and their journeys then prototype and test new ideas to help create an amazing cross-product developer experience. You will work closely with the CTO and members of each product team to explore widely and connect the dots to create the amazing developer experience.


Requirements:

• User experience design
• Product design
• Design thinking
• Strong communication skills - the ability to clearly explain your design thinking to anyone in the company

Potential skills:

• Experience in SAAS
• Blockchain experience
• Developer focused product design
• B2B product design
• Consumer product design
• UX/prototyping
• Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research
• Interaction design and prototyping skills (Figma)
• Comfortable collaborating with facilitating workshops remotely and enabling developers to use design thinking
• Previous experience in remote or globally distributed teams
