Recruiting Coordinator Crypto Staking Platform

This client is one of the largest blockchain development companies in the world building out household name applications across finance, DeFi, NFT’s and general Blockchain SaaS solutions. Most of their employees operate fully remotely and we are looking for staff across a number of disciplines with this top tier client.


Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, schedule, and manage interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring candidates and interviewers are in the right place at the right time with the information they need
• Provide a positive candidate experience, ensuring candidates are treated with care throughout the hiring process
• Maintain and organise candidates’ data (resumes, assignments, contact details, etc.) data using the Applicant Tracking System
• Design and update job descriptions that reflect each position’s requirements and our brand spirit
• Organise our employee referral process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requests
• Assist with new hire onboarding as needed
• Prepare reports on new hire metrics (time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source of hire, etc.)
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times

Requirements:

• You are responsible and able to work effectively as part of a diverse, remote team
• You are passionate about both people and technology
• You are creative and flexible in your work
• You have excellent communication skills
• You are comfortable with ambiguity, able to take charge and get things done despite the unknowns

Potential skills:

• You have previous working experience in recruiting
• You have previous experience at a startup or a fast-moving environment
• You are passionate about blockchain technology and a decentralised future
