Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates through various channels and methods
- Plan and conduct screening calls, interviews, and assessments
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements and our brand spirit
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify recruiting needs
- Develop long-term recruiting strategies and processes
- Provide a smooth and positive hiring experience for candidates
Requirements: - You have at least 4 years of experience recruiting
- You have experience with using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- You are creative and flexible when sourcing talent
- You are comfortable with ambiguity, able to take charge and get things done despite the unknowns
- You are able to work effectively as part of a diverse, remote team
Potential skills: - You have previous experience at a startup or a fast-moving environment
- You are passionate about blockchain technology and a decentralised future
