Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of innovative payment products in Dubai. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and the development team to ensure our products meet user needs and achieve business goals.
 
You are going to lead the development of products for small and medium businesses across the globe. From On-chain POS terminals and Crypto ATM’s to new types of payment rails using the Company's infrastructure.
 
Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Strategy & Roadmap
    • Define, develop, and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
    • Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
  2. Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and customers.
    • Gather and refine requirements, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on priorities and objectives.
  3. Backlog Management
    • Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog.
    • Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
    • Ensure the development team understands the requirements and delivers value in each sprint.
  4. Delivery & Optimization
    • Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
    • Continuously gather feedback and iterate on product features for improvement.
    • Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  5. Customer and Marketing Focus
    • Advocate for the end-user, ensuring product solutions address customer pain points and deliver exceptional experiences.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation.
    • Develop a Go-toMarket strategy together with Marketing team
 
Qualifications
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in an Agile environment.
    • Proven track record of delivering successful B2B Payment products.
    • Deep experience in Crypto payment systems
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
    • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions.
    • Strong written and spoken English
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • ATM, POS and/or Fiat/Crypto processing is a plus
  • Industrial design experience is a plus
  • Strong networking in payment/crypto fields is a plus
