Product Manager (Blockchain)

This client is one of the largest blockchain development companies in the world building out household name applications across finance, DeFi, NFT’s and general Blockchain SaaS solutions. Most of their employees operate fully remotely and we are looking for staff across a number of disciplines with this top tier client.


Responsibilities:

• Create a composable ecosystem of dapps to emulate and replace mature eCommerce backend functionality
• Create tools needed to facilitate adoption (e.g. APIs and Web apps for web2 users) 
• Create the ecosystem roadmap and determine why, when and how to achieve component functionality (build/partner/bounty)
• Work closely with a team of eCommerce and web3 experts in mechanism design, technology, operations, and partnerships to support smooth delivery 
• Facilitating the product development process and be accountable for the delivery of various ecosystem components
• Ensuring the quality and market attractiveness of products developed by the company
• Manage full product lifecycle, from researching, identifying, and quantifying user needs to developing feature sets and releases
• Identify and measure key product metrics to inform the roadmap and ensure the product is successful
• Present projects to both internal and external audiences

Requirements:

• Web3 Product: 
  
  • You have 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional Web3 product teams to build dApps or ecosystems
  • You have deep knowledge of Ethereum, dApps, DeFi and NFT ecosystems, composability, scalability, and familiarity with rival networks
  • You have a rigorous, process-driven work style backed by an ability to communicate effectively
  • You are passionate about producing and receiving high-quality deliverables
  • You mentor and encourage colleagues in continuous improvement
  • You live crypto, don’t just build it

  • You are a self-starter, and you take pride in your integrity and work ethic
  • You are a skilled communicator, able to convey complex concepts to different audiences
  • You have a strong network and can leverage it to help build the dCommerce stack
  • You have a passion for changing the world for the better
  • You have worked in startups before, and you are comfortable with ambiguity and remote work
  • You have a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics, or equivalent experience
