About the Project

Ethereum serves as a foundation for decentralized finance (DeFi) applications, which provide a wide array of financial services without the need for traditional intermediaries like banks or brokerages. For instance, it enables cryptocurrency users to borrow against their assets or lend them out to earn interest.

Who We’re Looking For

The Partner Sales team focuses on identifying intermediaries and presenting them with the concept of SaaS (Staking as a Service). These intermediaries include institutions that offer staking services to their clients, such as banks, exchanges, wallets, and custodial providers.

Our approach involves identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions from our product lineup. We also offer consultation on improving staking product offerings, as well as on marketing and sales strategies.


Responsibilities:

- Drive our staking as a service goals by expanding our international client base and partnerships.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signing, including all commercial negotiations.
- Identify and establish contact with key decision-makers at potential partner organizations.
- Lead negotiations to sell staking services.
- Understand customer needs and objections, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare commercial proposals.
- Attend conferences and public events as a company representative.
- Report to the client and internally within the CRM system.

Qualifications:

- Deep knowledge of the cryptocurrency market, blockchain technologies, and Web3 concepts.
- Experience in a quota-driven, full-cycle business development or sales role, such as Business Development Manager or Account Executive.
- A proven track record in a fast-growing tech company environment.
- Experience in outbound prospecting and delivering product demonstrations.
- A consultative sales approach, underpinned by strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to close deals.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability.
