Growth Marketing Lead - Crypto Company

We're seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to join our in-house marcomms team. Reporting directly to the CMO this role will be responsible for expanding our reach to new users through partnerships, strategic campaigns and initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and has experience in partnership management ranging from influencers and strategic relationships. The role involves drawing insights from different data sources, identifying, implementing, and managing projects and partnerships to drive new growth levers for the company based on these insights.
 
Key Responsibilities
● Build a Growth Machine
○ Experiment, iterate, and deliver growth campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
○ Develop multi-channel marketing strategies that leverage innovative tools.
● Strategic Partnership Development
○ Identify and manage KOL/influencer and strategic partnerships to amplify growth.
○ Create comprehensive marketing campaigns that resonate with the key target audiences.
● Data-Driven Optimization
● Analyze on-chain and off-chain data to inform marketing strategies, tap into habitual behaviours, trends and market insights.
● Track and measure growth metrics across various channels and continuously refine approaches.
● Publisher Network
○ Engage with a diverse network of Web3 publishers to expand reach.
● Other responsibilities
○ Managing Referral Programs
○ Handling Attribution
○ Conducting Behavior Cohorting using Addressable's technology for user segmentation based on behavior
○ Managing Twitter Audience Cohorting and Porting
 
Required for this Role
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
● 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in a web3 marketing or agency environment.
● Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels.
● Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Passion for Crypto, DeFi, Memecoins and Web3.
