• Drive awareness, engagement, and retention of 3rd party Developers building on our ecosystem.
• Lead the creation of a frictionless onboarding experience for new Developers and lead support experience for those already building on the platform.

  
You:

• Background in customer success and technology
• Passionate about delivering quality developer experiences in the emerging web3 industry.
• Empathy for the Developer journey
• Experience creating and implementing onboarding experiences
• Knowledge of User Experience (UX) and impact on Developer Experience (DX)

  
Great to have:

• Understand Web3 vs Web2, dApp development using Solidity
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Solidity, and Docker
