Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional support to our company's community. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our users have the best experience navigating and using the company's platform. In this role, you will:
• Provide timely support to customers via ticketing system and discord
• Assist with queries relating to account setup, login issues, deposits, withdrawals and promotions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to users accounts and blockchain transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
• Ensure escalation procedures are followed, escalated promptly and appropriately
• Ensure key performance metrics are met, such as average first response time and resolution times
• Collect user feedback to improve user experience
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in a customer service role in banking and financial services, experience in cryptocurrency is a big plus
• Proven ability to handle challenging customer interactions with empathy and professionalism
• Ability to analyse customer feedback and escalate issues when required
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience working with CRM systems such as Intercom and Freshdesk
• Knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry, blockchain technology and wallets
• Flexible and adaptive to a fast paced environment
Conditions
• Morning and afternoon/evening shifts
• Must be open to working weekends when required
