CTO (Blockchain Team Leader)

This company will be restructuring the way traditional markets operate, received funding from many major investors due to the sophisticated level of their technology. you will work alongside industry titans helping shape the future.


Responsibilities:
This team is seeking a CTO to join their team and lead the development of their project, in this role you will need to rely on your managerial skills to manage the team and your technical skills to help identify issue and potential flaws in addition to proposing alternative solutions.


Requirements:

• 15+ years of IT management experience, with experience as CIO, CTO or similar senior IT managerial role.
• Project management and architecture skills
• Ability to lead the design and development of systems 
• Deep understanding of blockchains/consensus/smart contracts 
• High level coding skills Javascript, C++
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and team work
• Previous experience working within the blockchain space will be highly regarded
