Our client has recently organised a hugely successful ICO and in a phase of rapid growth, they are seeking a proven Chief marketing officer to join their rapidly growing team. Our client has a unique way of bringing NFT's to market. They are a NFT gamified aggregator which will help linking buyers and creators. 


Responsibilities:

• Understands google analytics, SEO/SEM, website keywords, social media, optimisation
• Growing online communities
• Coordinating with pr firms
• Email funnelling and re-targeting
• User acquisition for guests and hosts
• Branding and content strategy

Requirements:

• Experience in leading teams in digital, data analytics, and promotions
• At least 5-10 years of managing high performance teams in marketing
• A highly meticulous and method driven approach to problem solving
• Exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to guide team members

Remuneration and benefits: 

• Better than market rate with equity plan - 150-200K.
