About Mike

Michael started his career in the military, largely working in high stress environments within small teams whilst on deployments over in the Middle East. His previous work covers industries such as aviation security for clients such as Sydney and Melbourne airport and recruitment on behalf of international military contracting companies. Michael is passionate about psychology and the human experience. He is studying to be a clinical psychologist and is also an active investor in the cryptocurrency space. His true passion is dealing with people and understanding candidate motivations and believes this skillset is what makes him a top recruiter.
