Treasury Associate - Metaverse Project

We are looking for a Treasury Associate to handle the collection and disbursement activities at the company. You will also manage the accounts opening for banks and payment/treasury solutions. You will report to the Treasury Manager.


Responsibilities

• Schedule and operate disbursements
• Identify in-flows and inform stakeholders
• Process accounts rebalancing and forex operations
• Ensure liquidity availability
• Collaborate with the accounting division for payment schedules and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance of the treasury activity, with regulations, policies, and internal controls
• Participate in internal/external audits
• Forecast cash-flows
• Identify banking solutions
• Manage accounts opening for banks and payment/treasury solutions
• Suggest relevant tools for the division to provide visibility and efficiency in the treasury operations
• Ad-hoc requests pertaining to Treasury
• Prepare other reports and participate in other special projects as requested

 
Requirements

• Bachelor/Master’s degree
• 3+ years minimum of experience in treasury division, including 1+ years in charge of cashier activities
• Experience in multi-currencies is mandatory
• Experience in project management is a plus
• IFRS knowledge
• Tech-savvy and at ease with new technology usage and implementation
• Detail-oriented
• Continuous learner aware of best practices and trends
