Taxes & External Audits Associate - Metaverse Project

We are looking for a Taxes & External Audits Associate to operate taxes and external audits activities at the company. You will report to the Chief Accountant.


Responsibilities

• Prepare external audit materials, in collaboration with Accounting and Treasury teams
• Coordinate external audits planning
• Support Due Diligence activities
• Schedule a yearly tax calendar
• Prepare taxes calculations
• Timely process tax declaration to relevant authorities with accurate data
• Manage communication with tax authorities when necessary
• Ensure tax compliance and recommend optimization opportunities
• Coordinate Transfer Pricing documentation with advisors and participate in inter companies’ contracts strategy
• Ad-hoc requests pertaining to Accounting
• Prepare other reports and participate in other special projects as requested

 
Requirements

• Bachelor degree
• 5+ years minimum of experience in a tax department, including 3+ years in charge of tax declarations in Singapore
• Experienced in multi-country – multi entities is mandatory
• Experienced with Transfer Pricing Documentation
• Tech-savvy and at ease with new technology usage and implementation
• Detail-oriented
• Continuous learner, aware of best practices and trends
