Sr. Producer - Blockchain Game

As a Sr Producer, you will contribute to the design, development, and liveops management of a brand new IP. Our first game is a PvE multiplayer ARPG that is launching in early access in April. This is a role for a scrappy and hands-on individual who excels in a fast-paced startup environment. This is a full-time, remote position that can be done from anywhere in the world.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide the creation and delivery of a “AAA” game world experience through its early access launch and beyond.
• Manage Art, Design, Audio, and UI teams to deliver a high-quality experience.
• Work closely with our creative teams to shape our processes and pipelines as we scale up the company.
• Mentor and grow team members through direct feedback and career growth plans.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years minimum hands-on experience in the entertainment industry as a producer or project manager.
• Have shipped 2+ games or consumer internet products.
• Experience with live team operations or software as a service.
• Ability to handle pressure and deliver results in a highly dynamic environment.
• Must love games!

DESIRABLE

• Experience working with RPG and online multiplayer games.
• Experience with JIRA or similar software.
• Experience working on a distributed team spread across several time zones (From Hawaii to Brazil).
