Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled software development product manager who specializes in product development. They are a rapidly growing fund management company with funds located in various global destinations, overseeing assets under management totaling around $500 million. Their primary focus is on FX hedge funds, delivering impressive annual returns of 10-15% to high net worth individuals and family offices.

The software development product manager is responsible for the structural construction of financial products. The role involves working with cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and quality assurance professionals to deliver software products that meet customer needs and quality standards.

To be considered for this role, the following criteria are essential:

• Native level Mandarin Chinese speaker
• Willing to relocate to Singapore

Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications required for the role:
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Complete product design and implementation around financial scenarios to meet market and user needs
• Communicate project status, progress, and issues to senior management and stakeholders
• Ensure that the software development process follows established methodologies, standards, and tools
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for process improvement and best practices sharing

  
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development project management with a proven track record of delivering projects within scope, timeline, and budget
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
