Product Manager - Blockchain Gaming

Responsibilities:
 

• Partner with Design and Engineering teams to deliver products that innovate in the space, grow the company's business, and make our player base and community excited to be a part of what we’re building. 
• Work with teams across the business to identify urgent needs and prioritise those needs effectively. 
• Identify new products to build that can tap into new markets and drive revenue growth.
• Be a cross-functional leader and rally different teams around product ideation and delivery.
• Help determine product strategy for delivery, rollouts, and long-term roadmapping.

 
Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years experience in a product management role.
• Experience working on both strategic and tactical sides of Product Management.
• Effective at working cross-functionally and rallying teams to support product development.
• Analytical skills and competency with data, with the ability to use a variety of tools to gather and synthesise information (experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar tools a plus).
• Can quickly absorb new concepts and technologies.
• Able to keep up with a fast paced business and rapidly changing priorities.
• A relationship builder who can work collaboratively and constructively with others.
• Experience writing software requirements including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Cares about the voice of the customer: seeks out customer feedback from a variety of sources.
• Eager to learn, grow, and gain skills as part of the job. 
• Comfortable wearing many hats and taking on a variety of tasks.

Other skills:

• Technical/engineering experience.
• Basic UX experience creating mockups or wireframes.
• Experience working with Blockchain, NFT, and/or Cryptocurrency technologies.
• Experience with eCommerce, API Integrations, and/or Infrastructure oriented products.
• Loves games and wants to work for a company that builds games!
• Comfortable with working remotely on a full-time basis.
