About The Role:

• Lead a team of highly motivated managers and professionals, ensuring efficient delivery of robust software.
• Guarantee the steady and predictable delivery of features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, program managers, and executives.
• Foster a close partnership with development partners, treating them as integral members of our team.
• Engage in architectural and design deliberations and assist software managers in addressing day-to-day challenges.
• Take ownership of all facets of releases, encompassing development, testing, documentation, configuration, and monitoring.
• Promote a culture that champions integrity, ethics, service, excellence, and teamwork.

Skills Needed:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Director.
• A proven track record of delivering stable software with innovative features.
• The ability to think at the system level is imperative.
• Experience in large infrastructure and mission-critical projects is highly preferred.
• Exceptional people management skills are a prerequisite.
• Hands-on technical expertise, with a willingness to actively assist the team as needed.
• Familiarity with security principles in software development.
• Experience with blockchain (e.g., Bitcoin or Ethereum) and distributed applications is advantageous but not obligatory.
