About The Role:

• Guarantee stable and predictable feature delivery.
• Collaborate closely with the cross-functional team, including product managers, program managers, and executives.
• Cultivate a partnership with development partners as integral team members.
• Engage in architectural and design discussions, providing support for software managers in addressing daily challenges.
• Take ownership of all release aspects, encompassing development, testing, documentation, configuration, and monitoring.
• Foster a culture rooted in integrity, ethics, service, excellence, and teamwork.

Skills Needed:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Director.
• A proven track record of delivering stable software featuring innovative elements.
• Proficiency in system-level thinking is imperative.
• Experience in significant infrastructure or mission-critical projects is highly desirable.
• Outstanding people management skills are a necessity.
• Demonstrated hands-on technical expertise, with a willingness to get hands dirty and assist the team when needed.
• Familiarity with security principles for software development.
