About the Role:

• Lead an enthusiastic team of managers and professionals to efficiently deliver robust software.
• Guarantee the steady and predictable rollout of features.
• Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team including product managers, program managers, and executives.
• Forge strong working relationships with our development partners, treating them as integral team members.
• Engage in architectural and design discussions, aiding software managers in addressing daily challenges.
• Take ownership of all aspects of releases, encompassing development, testing, documentation, configuration, and monitoring.
• Champion a culture founded on integrity, ethics, service, excellence, and teamwork.

Skills Required:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Software Director.
• A proven history of delivering stable software featuring innovative elements.
• A crucial ability to think at the system level.
• Desirable experience in large infrastructure or mission-critical projects.
• Exceptional people management skills.
• Hands-on technical proficiency, unafraid to roll up their sleeves and assist the team when necessary.
• Familiarity with security principles in software development.
• Experience with blockchain technologies, such as Bitcoin or Ethereum, and distributed applications is advantageous but not mandatory.
