Corporate and Product Counsel - Blockchain

US HQ Blockchain building out the Web3 decentralized ecosystem.
Seeking a Product and Corporate Legal Counsel - US-qualified to work Remote
  
Requires:

• Strong Product Counsel experience - having brought a software product to market
• Good Web3 experience
• Understanding of how to assess, develop, launch and scale enterprise-focused products
• Experience with US and international laws looking at content, privacy, IP and consumer protection
• Comfort translating legal speak for Engineering and Product teams
• J.D. from a US law school
• Plus a few more. 

It's a broad and exciting role in a small team - you'll be close with the General Counsel - one day exposed to strategy in a C-level meeting, another doing more Corporate work - say preparing NDAs
