Community Manager - Decentralized Blockchain

Summary: As a Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing a vibrant community around the company. Your responsibilities will include managing and engaging with members across Discord and social media channels, responding to feedback, and organizing community events and meetups. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for blockchain technology and possess a deep understanding of Discord and social media platforms. Proficiency in the Adobe Suite, as well as exposure to Monday.com and HubSpot, will be advantageous.
 
Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain Discord and social media channels.
• Foster engagement with community members and promptly address their feedback.
• Coordinate and arrange community events and meetups.
• Drive promotion of the company's platform and its features.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement community initiatives.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and news in the blockchain industry.
• Utilize Adobe Suite applications to create and edit graphics, videos, and other content.
• Manage projects and tasks using Monday.com.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in community management.
• Strong understanding of Discord and social media platforms.
• A genuine passion for blockchain technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in the Adobe Suite.
• Experience with Monday.com, HubSpot, and Meltwater is a plus.
