4. Manage the tech team to grow the company's Ecosystem
2. Requirement 
1. Experience as an infrastructure engineer lead 
2. Experience as CTO at a blockchain-related company; preferably a blockchain game or layer1 blockchain
3. Experience in the gaming industry as an engineer
4. An Interest in the Blockchain Game Industry 
3. Desirable
1. Japanese speaker 
2. Specialist in Solidity, Go, Rust or Java
