Chief of Staff to the CEO (US) - Decentralized Metaverse

About the Job:
 
In this role, you will support the CEO (US) to create an effective leadership team. You will partner with cross-functional teams to provide effective communications for the executive office. You will be responsible for managing organizational processes and driving stakeholder alignment. You will help build an inclusive culture at the company.
 
Responsibilities:

• Support the CEO in his day-to-day activities
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and handle special projects and ad hoc requests as they arise
• Planning and organizing strategic initiatives across multiple teams
• Communicating on behalf of the leadership and providing critical strategic context to build stakeholder alignment
• Measuring progress of internal goals and strategies through KPIs and OKRs
• Review and advise on improvements to provide feedback and optimize results

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of consulting, strategy, and/or program management experience or previous chief of staff roles
• Experience coordinating and managing multiple teams across departments
• Experience in high growth environments within video games, media, or technology preferred
• Experience working in a demanding fast-paced environment
• Experience leading strategic initiatives
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously and manage complex systems
• Excellent presentation skills including oral and writing capabilities
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify processes
• Driven to building an inclusive environment and effective internal culture
• Travel may be required
